The Walls go Up

After all the hard work of putting the walls together, we are finally able to get them up! At this point, it has been just Chris and I working a few hours in twelve days. It has been a lot of work, and a ton of fun! Chris and worked on getting the three walls up before picking up our friend Mark to help put up the forth wall. We were able to get all the walls up as  well as put the loft beams in.  Finished up the final wall on the eleventh day of working on the house. Made sure everything lined up right and then started doing some drilling for the bolt to connect to the trailer.

 Started putting up the walls on the twelfth day. The funning thing was at this point, the two smaller walls, they aren’t even attached to anything... not a nail or screw.. Chris did such a nice job of leveling out the trailer that the walls just stood up on their own, just fine.

We are expecting rain, so we had to cover up the Tiny Tack House for some time. My Dad is coming in to visit us for 2 weeks, so it’s going to be some time before we do anything with the house. But look for more updates as they come!
